Blood donations are essential to the health of our community. The donation process only takes about an hour and can make an enormous difference for a patient battling illness or injury.

The popular Women in Business is back for fall. The Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce invites members to a special gathering September 23 beginning 10am at 4700 Long Beach Boulevard. This members only empowering event will spotlight St Francis Center's Family Support Services Program, offering attendees a deeper understanding of the vital resources available to families in our community. The morning’s keynote speaker, Breanne LaMarco, Director of the Family Support Services Program, will share insights into the program’s mission, impact, and future goals. A morning designed to foster community connection and professional growth, the event will feature a tour of the facility, including its recreational spaces, food pantries, and personal hygiene donation areas. Attendees will have the opportunity to network with fellow chamber members, engage with our hosts, and explore ways to support local families. Light refreshments will be served, creating a welcoming atmosphere for meaningful conversations and collaboration. Attendees are encouraged to bring donations of non-perishable food items and personal hygiene products to help stock the pantry and support those in need.
